Styling a home for sale can be an important issue in selling for a higher profit and in a shorter period of time. The average buyer will walk through a property in less than 4 minutes and are greatly influenced by first impressions of that property. Styling a property gives that property the competitive advantage of standing out from the rest and makes every second count by featuring the strength of the property.

There are four services of styling a property that Martin-Sedgwick offers:

  1. Full styling service redesigning property with owners possessions and accessories
  2. Full styling service utilizing rented furniture and accessories
    Supervising all projects, such as installations, painting and furniture removal
  3. Furnishing and styling vacant properties
  4. Consultations to provide property owner with a "to-do" list to style their own property. Two hour minimum
