Martin-Sedgwick Consultation Services The process for Styling Properties for Sale begins with a thorough and detailed Walk-through of the premises. A written Recommendation List is prepared from the Walk-through and is delivered within 48 hours to the client and Realtor. A fee of $125.00 per hour, with a two- hour minimum, is required at the completion of the Walk-through. When the client decides to go forward with the Styling Project a Scope of the Project and Budget is submitted for approval. In 2006, 90% of the properties Martin-Sedgwick Styled were under contract within 30-90 days of the Styling Project. Days on the market vary depending upon the price range of the home. Some properties were under contract before the “For Sale” sign was placed in the front yard. |
